Integration Is Key

Since 1986, Feed Management Systems has grown from Easy Systems, a one-person custom programming service, to the single best source of integrated, performance-driving solutions for the worldwide commercial feed industry.

In 1999, FMS purchased the assets of the Brill Corporation and its high-performance feed-formulation and ration-balancer software. Brill Formulation became the cornerstone of an integrated commercial feed management system. Since then, we have created Microsoft-based solutions that address every critical information management need that exists in commercial feed production.

Today, FMS leads the industry in providing solutions to ingredient manufacturers, feed mills, and producers throughout the world, helping to deliver peak efficiency to all aspects of feed manufacturing.

Our solutions are deployed in more than 50 countries, representing 60 percent of the worldwide feed supply.

In 2004, FMS solutions played a critical role in the first U.S. case of mad cow disease, ruling out feed as the source of the disease. That work earned us our first AFIA "Food Safety Innovation Award." In 2005, we took home a second AFIA award-for our breakthrough formula-archiving capabilities with our Feed Tags.

Also in 2005, we became a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, based on our deep competency in commercial feed and our proven competency in developing high-performance solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
